Question: How do I install Auburn Sounds plug-ins?

First, follow these steps

  • Step 1: Download the ZIP archive for your Auburn Sounds plug-in.

  • Step 2: Unzip the plug-in archive.

I have a Mac

  • Step 3: Go to the Mac folder and double-click on the .pkg installer.

In the case you don't see a `.pkg` installer, copy the ZIP file on your Desktop first, before unzipping.

If GateKeeper complains about theDeveloper being unidentified, try again with Right Click / "Open".

I have Windows

For Panagement:

  • Step 3: Go to the Windows folder and double-click on the .exe installer.

For Graillon and Couture + VST 2.4 hosts (FLStudio, Live, Studio One, REAPER...)

  • Step 3 (32-bit): Copy the 32-bit VST 2.4 DLL to your 32-bit VST 2.4 directory.

  • Step 3 (64-bit): Copy the 64-bit VST 2.4 DLL to your 64-bit VST 2.4 directory.

Important: Where your VST 2.4 directories are depends upon your DAW options.

For Graillon and Couture + VST3 hosts (Cubase, Live 10+...)

  • Step 3 (32-bit): Copy the 32-bit VST3 file to your 32-bit VST3 directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3

  • Step 3 (64-bit): Copy the 64-bit VST3 file to your 64-bit VST3 directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

For Graillon and Couture + AAX64 hosts (Pro Tools)

  • Step 3: Copy Auburn Sounds <Plugin Name>.aaxplugin to your AAX directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins.

You may have to create these directories if they don't already exist.
