Auburn Sounds

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm a customer. How do I download updates?

You purchased our products on a website named Gumroad.

  • Find the email you received from Gumroad at that time. This email has "You bought X" in your language in the topic.

  • Click on the "See the Product" link.

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, through our payment processor Gumroad. Click on the Paypal button in the purchase form.

However, sometimes Gumroad exceed the amount of money it can process with Paypal (there is a cap per week). If the Paypal logo isn't there, retry later.

Why is AAX not supported?

We have a blog post dedicated to this topic.

Can I use the free plugins and make commercial projects with them, without any restrictions?

Yes. They are entirely free.

Do you support license transferts?

Do you do discounted sales?

No. It is useless to delay your purchase. Our prices are low already, and never drop.

Like for music, buying plugins you like is very important. It allows us developers to keep putting them out and spend more time on quality.
